TTWR-K65F180M是面向Kinetis K26、K65和K66 180 MHz 32位Arm® Cortex®-M4 MCU的开发板。它采用Kinetis MK65FN2M0VMI18低功耗MCU，具有2MB闪存、256 KB SRAM、SDRAM控制器、HS USB连接和以太网MAC。
