Enrollment Steps

1. Think

Think about what’s in store for you in 2026. Read the 2026 Benefits Guide and watch the recorded Annual Enrollment Presentation .

2. Learn

Learn what’s new by speaking to a benefits team member at the benefits table during our 2026 Annual Enrollment Events.

3. Complete

Complete the decision support tool, which is available after you start your enrollment, to receive personalized guidance on the best plans for you and your family.

4. Talk

Talk to Sofia, who is available after you start your enrollment, for support and information about your benefit options as you make your 2026 enrollment elections. Starting October 13th, you can call the NXP Benefits Service Center at 888-532-3971 if you have any questions before the Annual Enrollment window opens.

5. Enroll

Visit mynxpbenefits.com or download the MyChoice Mobile app by October 31 2025 or contact the NXP Benefits Service Center at 1-888-532-3971.

What’s in Store in 2026

  • Rightway Healthcare will be our new pharmacy vendor. Look out for more details coming soon.
  • Medical premiums will increase for all plans 7% to 10%.
  • Deductibles will change for all UnitedHealthcare Medical Plans:
    • Plan 1: $1,700 Single / $3,400 Family
    • Plan 2: $500 Single / $1,000 Family
    • Plan 3: $400 Single / $800 Family
  • The new EAP-NXP Care Connect number will be (855) 591-1565.
  • Maternity support will be available through Maven, an app-based virtual clinic that provides you and your partner with 24/7 pregnancy, postpartum, and newborn support.
  • Short-term disability (STD) plans will change to the following:
    • Basic is 75% base pay up to 180 days
    • Buy-up is 90% base pay up to 180 days
  • The IRS sets the maximum dollar amount you can elect and contribute to a dependent care flexible spending account (dependent care FSA). The annual contribution limits:
    • Up to $7,500 per household
    • Employees earning over $200,000 may contribute up to $3,200
  • The new maximum contribution limits for the HSA are $4,400 Single / $8,750 Family.
    • HSA employer seed will be prorated based on the month and type of election (Individual or Family) at the time of enrollment and will not change if switching to the other type
  • The 2026 Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and 401(k) annual limits will be released closer to end of 2025
  • Beginning in 2026, SECURE 2.0 Act requires participants age 50 or older who earned $145,000+ in FICA wages in the prior year at NXP to make all catch-up contributions as Roth catch-up contributions.

In addition to the UnitedHealthcare medical and Rightway Healthcare pharmacy options, California employees have access to Kaiser HMO (South California Kaiser  or North California Kaiser ) if they reside within Kaiser’s network service area. Kaiser health care providers exclusively serve Kaiser plan members. As a plan member you can select any Kaiser doctor.

Your NXP 401(k) Plan

Your NXP 401(k) Plan offers employer matching contributions, immediate vesting and investment options that give you the ability to diversify your account — giving you the power to take charge of your financial future. Contribute pre-tax and Roth up to the annual IRS limit and contribute even more by taking advantage of the after-tax contribution option. NXP will match your pre-tax and Roth contributions dollar for dollar, up to 5% of your eligible salary. Limits are projected to increase for 2026; however, these new limits have not yet been released by the IRS. The new contribution limits will be posted to nxp.com/benefits > Retirement and Financial > 401(k) Retirement Plan when they are available.

New for 2026: Per Secure 2.0 Act requirements, if you’re turning age 50 or older in 2026 and your total 2025 FICA wages (Box 3 on your 2025 form W-2) were over $145,000, any catch-up contributions you make in 2026 will automatically be after-tax Roth. What Happens If I Don’t Make New Elections by October 31st, 2025?

If you do not make new elections by October 31st, 2025, your current 2025 enrollment elections will carry over to 2026 except for spending accounts.

  • Please note: Your 2025 Flexible Spending Account elections and Health Savings Account elections that is deducted from your paycheck will not automatically be renewed for 2026. You will be required to log in and make an election to contribute to the FSA, DCFSA (Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account) and HSA again in 2026.
  • Important note: Unused Flexible Spending Account funds will not rollover to 2026.
