NXP offers commuter benefits for Parking and Transit. Eligible employees can enroll in a Fidelity Commuter Account, allowing payroll deductions to cover commuting costs. NXP also contributes funds to help offset parking or transit expenses.
With a Commuter Account, you can enroll for pre-tax payroll deductions to help cover eligible parking and/or transit expenses. Once enrolled, NXP will provide prorated employer contributions based on your enrollment month.

Reimbursements are limited to your expenses only. Expenses for a spouse, family member or friend are not eligible for reimbursement.
