Complete the new decision support tool, which is available after you start your enrollment, to receive personalized guidance on the best plans for you and your family.

3. Talk

Talk to Sofia, who is available after you start your enrollment, for support and information about your benefit options as you make your 2025 enrollment elections.

4. Enroll

Enroll in the options that best meet your needs and budget at the NXP Benefits Enrollment Site  or by contacting the NXP Benefits Service Center at 1-888-532-3971.

What Happens If I Don’t Make Elections Within 30 Days of Being Hired?

If you don’t complete your benefits enrollment within 30 days of your start date, you will be automatically enrolled in:

  • Medical Plan 1 (HSA-eligible), with coverage for you
  • NXP-paid basic life, business travel accident, AD&D and short- and long-term disability insurance
  • Important note: Flexible Spending Account Rollover is ending 1/1/2025
