The i.MX 95 19mm x 19mm evaluation kit (EVK) is a powerful development platform for AI, vision and industrial applications. It features a 6-core Arm® Cortex®-A55 processor, Arm Cortex-M33 and M7 cores and an integrated eIQ® Neutron neural processing unit (NPU).

The kit includes 16GB low-power double data rate 5 (LPDDR5), 64GB embedded MultiMediaCard (eMMC), dual Ethernet, USB, peripheral component interconnect express (PCIe), mobile industry processor interface-camera serial interface/display serial interface (MIPI-CSI/DSI) and audio interfaces.

The i.MX 95 EVK is ideal for smart home, factory and automotive use, it comes preloaded with Linux and supports Android board support packages (BSPs). Accessories such as cameras and display adapters expand its capabilities for rapid prototyping and development.
