The MPC8272ADS board is designed to aid hardware and software developers of the PowerQUICC® II family by providing an evaluation platform for MPC8272/48 derivativesin the 516-pin PBGA (ZQ/VR) package. MPC8272ADS板支持MPC8247、MPC8248、MPC8271和MPC8272处理器。
The MPC8272ADS board has 64MB of SDRAM attached to the 60x bus (soldered onboard) and an 8MB Program Flash SIMM (supports up to 32MB). 板载接口包括JTAG/COP、双UART、USB 1.1、两个100/10-Base-T高速以太网接口和一个支持光纤的155 Mbps ATM UNI接口。
Using the ADS on-board resources and an associated debugger, developers are ableto download and run code, set breakpoints, display memory and registers, andconnect proprietary hardware via the expansion connectors. That code can then beincorporated into the desired system with the MPC82xx processor.
