特征

  • 采用SO16封装的集成电路智能卡接口
  • 智能卡电源：5 V或3 V
  • 一条受保护的半双工双向缓冲I/O线(C7)
  • VCC调节：
    • 使用两个低ESR多层陶瓷电容调节到5 V ± 5 %或3 V ± 5 %：一个220 nF，一个470 nF
    • 40 nA/s（VCC = 5 V和3 V）或15 nA/s (VCC =1.8 V)电流尖峰，最高20 MHz，具有受控的上升和下降时间，滤波过载检测约为120 mA
  • 用于所有卡片接触的热保护和短路保护
  • 自动激活和取消激活序列由短路、拿走卡片、过热或VDD / VDD(INTF) / VDDP下降进行触发
  • 卡片端具有增强静电放电(ESD)保护：> 6 kV
  • 连接针脚XTAL1的外部时钟输入高达26 MHz
  • 使用针脚CLKDIV1可产生高达20 MHz的卡片时钟，同步频率可变化如下：
    • 1/2 fxtal或1/4 fxtal (TDA8034T)
    • fxtal或1/2 fxtal (TDA8034AT)
  • 使用针脚RSTIN可同相控制针脚RST
  • 兼容ISO 7816、NDS和EMV 4.2支付体系
  • 电源监控器可在上电和关断时抑制尖峰：
    • 采用固定阈值
    • 采用可调阈值的外部电阻桥
  • 卡片发生接触时具有内置去抖（典型值为4.5 ms）
  • 使用针脚OFFN可多路复用状态信号
