The NXP® SCMMPBS12DIM is a Mini Microcontroller Personality Board (MMPB) designed for stand-alone use as a low cost development tool, a device programming target board, or as a daughter card for MC9S12Dx evaluation boards. The SCMMPBS12DIM supports all MC(9)S12 A, B and D Family, 112-pin, 0.65 mm pitch devices. The SCMMPBS12DIM includes a 112-pin CTI ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) socket, reset/LVI circuit, reset switch, Colpitts oscillator circuit with 16.0 MHz crystal, an oscillator socket, and a Background Debug Mode (BDM) connector for use with any BDM tool or the SCBDMPGMR12 programmer. The SCMMPBS12DIM is also quite useful for failure analysis and device evaluation activities. Please note that the SCMMPBS12DIM does not include a MC(9)S12Dx Family device.
