The following figure shows the sample RTOS component in CDE when the tree is fully expanded.
The files generated by CDE are as follows:
MQX1.bean, MQX1.html, MQX1.rtos, MQX1.tps, MQX1Events.html, MQX1Methods.html, MQX1Properties.html, MQX1UserTypes.html, MQX1_b.gif, MQX1Abstract.inc, MQX1Settings.inc, MQX1.src, MQX1.drv, MQX1.ts2, and MQX1_RTOSAdaptor.prg.
The most important functionality for an RTOS Component is concentrated in three files:
- <Component_Name>.rtos stores the values entered in GUI.
- <Component_Name>.ts2 contains symbols available to all LDDs
- <Component_Name>_RTOSAdaptor.prg contains the Processor Expert macrolanguage routines that generate the function calls in LDDs
Any erroneous change to those files may cause the RTOS component to be broken.
