The Ethernet TAP probe requires the use of the auto-sensing (120V or 200V) external power supply supplied. It is suggested to use a surge protector between the power supply and AC power.
Connecting power supply cable
To connect the power supply cable, install the plug for your environment onto the power supply.
Cycling power to system
When you need to apply or cycle power to the Ethernet TAP probe, connect or disconnect the power cable from the power source or from the probe.
