This file contains information about CodeWarrior for MCUs V6.1 support on Windows Vista.
 

IMPORTANT NOTE:
--------------

(1) During installation, security messages may pop up concerning drivers being installed. It is highly 
    recommended to click on the option "continue anyway..", so the driver can be installed.

(2) When opening the CodeWarrior components (IDE, Debugger etc.) Firewall warnings may appear
    with the option to block or unblock the application. It is advisable to click on the unblock option to 
    continue.

(3) The following connections can be used with CodeWarrior V6.1 to debug projects:
           
         - Full chip simulation
  
         - USB-ML-MON08-Rev C
         - USB-ML-MON08-Rev D
         - USB-ML-12-Rev C
 
         - HC08 - HCS08 - HC12 - HCS12 -  CYCLONE PRO (Serial,Ethernet, USB)
         - CYCLONE PRO - Rev C (Serial,Ethernet, USB)         
                 
         - Softec - inDart-One

         - FSICEBASE using Ethernet 

	 - OSBDM connection
     


Known problems:
--------------

(1) The following connections are not working with Vista :

         - USB-ML-MON08-Rev A 
         - USB-ML-MON08-Rev B 
         - USB-ML-12-Rev A
         - USB-ML-12-Rev B
          
         - FSICEBASE MON08 Multilink
         - FSICEBASE USB

         - Softec inDart - HC08
         - Softec inDart - HCS08


(2) Some of the Help topics in the debugger may not open as expected. It is recommended to
    install the WinHlp32.exe.
