On page 5-4 of the MC68681UM/AD, the figure 5-2 should read:

    CS and IACK should not be asserted simultaneously.

            OP0-OP3 in high state" should read: "places 
            parallel outputs OP0-OP7 in the high state"

5-4, Figure 5-2, the note below the timing diagram should 
            read: "* CS and IACK should NOT be asserted 
            simultaneously. "

5-8  Figure 5-7:
            1) The crystal circuit should include a 10M 
               resistor in parallel with the crystal to 
               provide better oscillator startup 
               characteristics.
            2) The direct drive circuit should show X2 
               grounded (remove the associated inverter and 
               470 ohm pullup).
