DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE 

      Motorola is pleased to announce Motorola-KLM, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 
      as an additional test facility for the XCF5407 ColdFire 
      microprocessor family. As of the Product Bulletin effective date 
      this product family may be tested at the Motorola-Oak Hill, Texas or 
      Motorola-KLM test sites. 
      
      No changes to the wafer fabrication, process technology, or assembly 
      are incorporated with the addition of the new test site. The 
      Moisture Sensitivity Level of this device will remain at Level 3.
