The Freescale’s touch sensing product family is in decline and is shipping at extremely low volume. Freescale will be discontinuing manufacturing of these devices. As an alternative to End of Life, Freescale is transferring these products to Resurgent. Resurgent will assume all manufacturing, marketing and sales of these devices thus prolonging the life of these products and ensuring product supply continuity for Freescale’s current and Resurgent’s new customers.
No change to product form, fit or function is planned. Resurgent will resume manufacturing in alignment with the current Freescale specifications, bill of materials, and supply chain.
